Please don't forget to eat healthy snacks and take a 15 min break 💔 in between classes and for lunch take a 45 min lunch before returning to classes and also figure in a 1 hour Recess to relax before returning to classes every day. Thanks again! ( Here are some ideas for healthy snacks,

  • Crackers: ...
  • Fresh Fruit: ...
  • Pretzels: ...
  • Granola Bars: ...
  • Ice Cream
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Frozen fruit.
  • Fruits canned in water or their own juice.
  • Whole grain bread, crackers and cereals.
  • Lower fat yogurt.
  • Lower fat cheese.
  • Unsalted nuts and seeds and their butters.
  • Hummus. Water bottle or juice 🧃🥤 or Milk 🥛🥛.
